These terms apply to this website and the Dots at Sea app. The provider is Christoph Kumbartzky (see Legal notice).

The Dots at Sea app

The app is a private tool used solely by the provider for the own YouTube channel “Dots at Sea”. It is not offered to third parties. Anyone who signs in anyway does so at their own risk; there is no entitlement to use it. When YouTube features are used, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

Content

The videos and texts of Dots at Sea are protected by copyright. Sharing via the platforms' own features is welcome; any other reuse requires permission. AI-generated: script, voice, music and sound effects. The 3D animation is coded with AI. Topics and concept: Dots at Sea. Facts are checked against sources with automated research; nevertheless, no guarantee is given for accuracy or completeness.

Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence and otherwise only as provided by law. The operators of linked pages are responsible for their content.
